The Montgomery Building in downtown Spartanburg is a historical landmark in the state of SC. The owners converted the building into apartments, retail rental spaces, and offices. We were fortunate to be able to install the data for the apartments, access control, and cameras on the building. The access control we integrated with the fire panel through a relay given to us by the fire alarm company. We also installed a camera and access control in each elevator.
